To register as a new customer, visit our webpage and complete the form with all your business details and send it along with all the required documents via email to info@kode.world.

We accept returns within 7 days of purchase. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
The customer can bring the product to our warehouse and return it in the same condition as it was delivered. Returns must be accompanied by the purchase receipt and by the original purchaser.
Kode reserves the right to test returned defective equipment and charge a fee equal to 15% of the sale price if the customer misinterprets the product’s condition. Any equipment returned that is damaged or broken due to misuse by the customer, with parts or in unacceptable condition due to handling, will result in the invalidation of the right to a refund due to the product’s condition.
Kode will issue a store credit if all return policies are met.
